Designing immersive holiday parties across digital and print

Every year, FreeWheel hosts a holiday party for ~600 employees in New York City to celebrate the wins and bring teams together. I’m given a blank canvas and more relaxed creative guidelines, and I work closely with our phenomenal events team to bring it all to life.

As the creative lead for the annual holiday party for three years and counting, I concept and design custom landing pages, emails, animated videos, print signage, party favors, and T-shirts to give our employees a full and celebratory experience. For the 2026 holiday party, I developed playful, retro creative to match the retro bowling venue. In the pitch, I presented multiple concepts with high-fidelity mockups to show multiple, unique directions that the events team could choose from.
